We believe in the old adage “a person for every job and a job for every person”. Adhering to that philosophy, we have developed enough manpower to interchange our Security Officers/Doormen/Concierge until they have met the standards of our clients.

Our Security Personnel report for duty in full attire, which includes: a hat, tie, belt, uniform shirt and pants, badge and identification card. Proper weather equipment is assigned for their use. Our Site Supervisors as well as our Inspectors make unscheduled stops at our clients to evaluate the level of performance and personal appearance of our employees.

Each of our Road Supervisors, before being promoted to that position, must be thoroughly familiar with all of the duties of Force One Security accounts. Only then will they be capable of responding to assist the Security Personnel with any problems that may arise. They also meet with the company Security Representative to determine what steps Force One Security can take to improve the security program. The Supervisor will also perform unannounced weekly security checks of all Security Personnel to see that the proper level of discipline is maintained on each site.
